The purpose of this study is to explore the cognitive diversity in classroom especially focusing on individual differences cognition through different perspectives.Cognitive plays an influential form a diverse team perform tasks requiring creativity. Every learners' has unique and distinctive way concept formation, problem-solving techniques, shared meaning because their terms personality, ethnicity, economic status, gender, ability comprehension, personal values, attitudes, information-dispensation style, most significantly how much rely various aspects multiple intelligence such as visual-spatial, linguistic-verbal, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic intelligence. Individuals vary performance differences. This qualitative research employed descriptive methodology documentary analysis along with using relevant secondary sources for claim, supporting reasons, finally develop argumentation. finding shows that every learner approach problem-solving, information-dissemination, meaning. Cognitive crucial role enhance academic performance, work efficiency, conceptualize traits each student brings learning environment. However, some studies point out drawbacks it invites conflict, stress, misunderstanding, lack collaboration, gratitude among members. It recommended educators should keep thelearners' profiles into consideration design activities accordingly.
